Claims
We are an online store that cares a lot about the care and handling of the product, and for us it is of utmost importance that you receive all your products, in the best possible way.
Product in poor condition
The product is packed with bubbles and air bags so that it reaches its destination protected and in optimal condition. However, during its transfer it is not exempt from some bumps or mishandling by our service provider.
If this is the case, and your product does not arrive in optimal condition, this must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the package. After 24 hours, Press ActiveWear will not be responsible for any alteration or product in poor condition.
Commodity missing
Orders are carefully reviewed so that all the product in each order goes inside its shipping box. Despite reviewing and being sure that your order is 100% correct, errors can be made and your order could have some missing items.
If this is the case, and your order is not complete, it will have to be reported within 24 hours after receiving the package. After 24 hours, Press ActiveWear will not be responsible for any shortages.
Where do I put my claim?
In both cases your claim must be directed to our email: info@pressactivewear.com
This email must contain the following:
- Name and Order Number
- Indicate type of claim
- Send photos of evidence (Product in poor condition, open or beaten box and basically any photo that evidences your claim)
Skinlovers will review the case and respond to your claim. You should consider that we will follow a question and answer protocol to find out what happened with your shipping order.
If your claim is approved, you will be refunded the money for the product if it is less than $300 pesos, if it is greater than $300, options will be given to amend the poor service, either by sending the damaged or missing product or its refund.
Press ActiveWear is an online store that likes to keep its customers satisfied and we will do everything possible to reconcile in a quick and effective way.
Returns
If you do not agree with the product that you received, or you made a mistake when choosing the variant, you can return it without any problem. Send it back and we can gladly proceed to refund your money. Please note the following:
- The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and it must be returned to the same sender address, which is on your package guide.
- The product you are returning must arrive closed, sealed and in optimal conditions, if not, it will not be possible to refund or exchange the product.
- If the client requires a change. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstances are changes made to products already opened by the customer. Changes are only made to closed products. Please review terms and conditions.
