Payment with Credit or Debit Card : Option where you can pay directly with any bank or departmental card. Payment drops instantly and your order is processed within the next 48 hours.

Payment Market for Cards : Option that accepts Credit and Debit Cards. Safe and Reliable. Payment may occur instantly or take up to 48 business hours depending on your card and bank. Once your payment drops, the order is processed within the next 48 business hours. This option also accepts cash deposits at convenience and department stores. It is important to make the payment within the next 24 calendar hours and send your payment receipt, so that your order is not canceled.

Payment Market for Cash Deposits : Choose Payment Market when completing your order. Choose the Cash Deposit option and choose where you want to make your deposit. By choosing this option you will have 24 calendar hours to make your payment. If you do not make payment, your order will be cancelled. In this option it is important to send your ticket to our email, info@pressactivewear.com , along with your name and order number. Once your ticket is received, the order is processed within the next 48 business hours.

SPEI transfer : Transfer your payment from your bank account to ours, with these simple steps.

  • From your bank's portal, select the option to transfer to a new account.
  • Choose STP as receiving bank.

  • Indicate the name of the Beneficiary: Gustavo Adolfo Mejia Santellanes
  • Indicate the exact amount of your order and confirm.

Important note: For cash payments and SPEI transfers, it is important to send your ticket before your order is completed 24 hours after entering it to the email info@pressactivewear.com

It is not allowed to have more than 1 order without payment for an order in cash or with a pending transfer by the same user. The first order entered will be automatically canceled.

SHIPPING

National Shipping : Shipments start at $450 pesos of purchase.

The shipping cost may vary depending on the amount of your purchase:

Purchases from $100 to $1,499 pesos = $150 pesos
Purchases over $1,500 pesos = FREE

Our shipments take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered.

Extended Zone: Extended zone costs vary with respect to normal zones.

Purchases from $100 to $999 pesos = $270 pesos
Purchases from $1000 to $1,899 pesos = $200 pesos.
Purchases over $1,900 pesos = FREE

Extended areas have an approximate delivery time of between 5 and 10 business days. To find out if your zip code is an extended zone, you can check it at http://zonaextendida.com/

If you have not chosen your area correctly, you will be contacted to make the change and pay the additional fee.

In any case, we will send you your tracking or tracking number which you can consult on the following portals, depending on your Zip Code and tracking number. These emails are automatic and can fall into Spam or Junk Email folders.

In the event that any information is missing, or there is erroneous information, PressActiveWear will not be responsible for the delivery of your order.

Deliveries are made between 8 am and 9 pm, so it is important to enter an address where there are always people available to receive your order.

If you require your order to be delivered to a FedEx shipping center, or Estafeta, it is important to indicate this in the company part, in the shipping address, along with the address of the shipping center.

If your order is not delivered on the established days, it is important to call 800 or the numbers of each company, where with your tracking number, they will be able to provide you with information about your package.

Can an order be canceled or modified?

It depends a lot on the times of our processes. Orders already processed, cancellation or modification will not be possible. If your order is still pending processing, it is possible to modify or cancel it.

My package returned to Origin. What's happening?

In the event that your package returns to origin, and the customer wants the order, shipping will have to be paid again, for a cost of $150 pesos in normal areas and $250 pesos in extended areas. In the event that the customer no longer wants the order, the order will be refunded, less the shipping cost to your area. Normal Zone $150 pesos and Extended Zones $250 pesos
